Gabe's 13!

Where has the time gone? Gabe's already 13.. okay so this was a week shy of being 13. He's officially entered the teenage years. We spent Saturday morning cleaning up so they could play Airsoft @11. When we got over to Mom & Dad's house we surprised Gabe with an early bday present just in time for the game. Yep, how'd ya guess, a new airsoft gun. He'd been complaining that his was getting a little wimpy since everyone has bought new ones. So now he is able to join in the game a little more! Hooray- and look how excited he is! Unfortanetly, his gun didn't work for long.. it stopped working before the game even started! We are sending it back in for a replacement so he will just have to wait it out a couple more weeks.

On a side note- Gabe is doing very well in school. He's kept a 4.0 even while participating in Cross Country & trying to start his own band. He sure does keep us all on our toes with questions. His favorite class is Science, least favorite is History. At one point he fell asleep in the car, after school while we were running errands, and he said it was because his history class was soo boring it made him sleepy. He enjoys making lego movies, reading wikipedia, listening to music and playing drums. Lilly loves to play video games with him. Amelia favorite is when he lets her play on his drum set- she loves to sit on the stool and bang away with him- and he even forgives her every time she accidentally whacks him instead.

Lucky 13 on the 13th! We love you Gabe!
