picture time

I enjoy my digital camera, i'm slowly getting comfortable taking the setting off of "auto" mode.

However, I can't help but feel a little nostalgic when taking family pictures.

Why?

They remind me of the gazillions (okay so i'm exaggerating a little) rolls

of FILM that my Dad would use whenever taking our family picture.

It seemed as though we were ALWAYS taking a family picture. Probably

because he'd develop the film and realize that out of the 50 shots

he got.... none of us were looking at the camera at the same time or one

of us had our eyes closed or had our heads turned.

So whereas I'm glad that we got this photo- where we are all looking and smiling...

.... I kind of enjoy these shots more.
