Lilly & Gabe hanging out in a box! They had fun for quite some time climbing in the box and closing the lid, then doing it all over again. Lilly thought it was great that Big brother was hanging out with her.
Lilly & Amelia playing games together... at least for a few minutes. Lilly is getting worse about sharing "her" toys. She thinks everything her "her" toy so it leads to many spells were Amelia ends up crying because a toy was taken from her. Hopefully Lilly will get better so there are more times like this instead.
For dinner we went out to Red Robin with Mom, Dad, Josh & Jared (James was camping). Since Gage's birthday was the next day we decided we'd combine their birthday dinner. It was great for me since it meant I didn't have to cook. The food was good but the service was pretty lousy- you can't get everything.. After dinner we all came bac to the house so Lilly could open up her presents and eat cake.
Since summer started Lilly loves to hang out with Gage. Sometimes Gage will get annoyed but he has done really well and plays with her quite a bit. She was excited about showing him each of her presents.
Lilly had fun opening a present and then going on to the next one to see what else she got. For the rest of us it was fun just to see how excited she would get. The only one she wasn't too excited about was her guitar. She pushedone of the buttons and the noise had her running for cover. After awhile though she understood and started jamming on it like a Rock Band guitar. AFter everything was opened she enlisted Grammy & Papa to open up the toys so she could play with them.
