Lilly was feeling a little down because it was windy outside and with Amelia being sick we couldn't take a walk to the park. I tried to cheer her up by telling her that Gage would take her once he got home from school or that we could go tomorrow if the weather was nice.. etc.. but she was now crying and throwing a fit. Now what? Well, I compromised and let her take a walk inside instead. The result? Lilly was having a great time playing mommy, making sure Amelia had on her sweater, then even going to find her hat, putting her blanket on and giving her a baby to hold herself. Even Amelia enjoyed being pushed around the house in the dolly stroller- wouldn't she make a cute cabbage patch doll? It was a beautiful day inside.
