Once we finally made it to the PARK on Wednesday the sun was out and it looked to be a very nice day. Once we got to the entrance of the park the RAIN started up again. We ALL ran for cover and began the process of PonchoING up! It wasn't easy but after about 10 minutes most of us and the strollers were all covered.
The BEST part of DISNEY in the rain- NO LINES!
We went and rode Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters.... i think 3 times and walked onto the ride each time. The bigger boys went to Space Mountain which had a small line but WAY better than those big huge lines.
We went with the Bunnell's over to Finding Nemo- that actually had a 45 minute wait to ride the submarine.
Amelia DID NOT care for the submarine. I think we established on this trip that she doens't like being in the dark... anywhere. Lilly enjoyed watching out the window for the characters from the movie.
We headed over to the kiddie rides after this and hit .. the Carousel, Teacups & Dumbo of course.
This is were we would insert the 1st princess wave of Belle, Ariel & Tiana. After a few more rides we headed back to the hotel for the Free Dinner night and to see the Brown's & Pofahls- as they had just arrived!!
THIS FIRST NIGHT WAS SPENT DOING THE STORY GAME! End of Disney day 1.
